The course is designed to assist
investigators with managing retrieved CDR data. The class is not a replacement for a CDR analyst class. Participants will be taught
how to better use captured CDR data, particularly how to properly use the reported Delta V data to determine impact and post impact velocities
in different crash scenarios. The class also incorporates Crash Data Specialists' CDR update. The CDR update class parallels the
Advanced CDR Applications class and the information is incorporated into the class. All the projects presented in the class are based
on actual collision downloads. The use of actual crashes reinforces the concept that techniques taught in the class can be applied to
real world situations.
